At Pilates State of Mind, I believe in the transformative power of Pilates to sharpen the mind and fortify the body.

My philosophy is simple:

I specialize in helping successful, active women enhance their balance, strength and mobility, empowering them to pursue their passions with confidence. Whether that’s traveling, golfing, playing tennis, horseback riding, or simply keeping up with family activities, I’m committed to supporting a lifestyle of healthy aging. My clients are empowered to move through the world fearlessly, free from the worry of falling behind or falling over.

Aging is often lamented, but I see it as an opportunity to embrace the wisdom, courage, and freedom it can bring. I'm so much smarter, happier and willing to make time for the things I love to do because I've gained insight about how crucial it is to nourish your own happiness and sense of accomplishment, both physically and mentally. With age comes the insight to prioritize happiness and fulfillment, both physically and mentally. That’s why Pilates is at the core of what I do, complemented by weight training and Qigong to maintain muscle mass and cultivate a strong and resilient mind-body connection.

My approach transcends the typical struggle against resistance.

Instead, I teach my clients to move with the flow, harness momentum and apply effort only when it serves them. Through Pilate and Qigong, we embrace the concept of ‘effortless effort’, turning perceived obstacles into stepping stones for growth.
