Regardless of the equipment available, I’m ready and able to help you reach your goals. When working virtually, I will adapt our sessions to whatever you have and can help you decide what equipment or small apparatus is right for you.

Learn to calm and quiet your mind while building body awareness and muscular strength. Qigong private sessions focus on effortlessly moving the body through movement sets and help build the mind-body connection. This type of session may also include standing, seated, or moving meditations.
