Frequently Asked Questions

  • Virtual sessions offer a level of flexibility and consistency that may not be possible with in-studio sessions. Many of my clients are busy, successful women with very little spare time for themselves. Conducting sessions from their homes, offices, or hotel rooms while traveling allows my clients to schedule their sessions without allocating extra time for traveling to and from the studio. By integrating sessions into their schedule, regardless of their location, they can ensure that their fitness remains a priority and stay on track no matter what life throws at them.

  • I often receive this question, and the answer is definitely YES! While I may occasionally ask you to adjust your position or camera, I have become adept at observing body movements on camera. While hands-on corrections can be useful, they may not necessarily help the client understand their own body and spatial awareness. When you have to pay attention, observe your body, and make corrections, you gain a deeper understanding of how you move. For individuals who learn visually, I am always visible on your screen and can visually demonstrate what your body might be doing and how to make the necessary adjustments.

  • Of course! A lot of my clients who are always on the go or live far away
find that occasional in-person check-ins are really helpful for addressing any challenges they may be facing or reinforcing the progress we've made on a particular issue or exercise.

  • Exercising with friends and family is a great way to spend time together
and help each other stay accountable. If you don't have a ready-made group, I can help match you with others whose schedules align with yours.
